3D Art
Of course, a design is always best presented on the product itself – and in its natural environment. During the development of the corporate design for Bienen König, it was therefore important to me to present it in a fitting product image.
So I modeled a honey jar and built an appealing scene around it, which reflects the closeness to nature and small-scale production directly from the beekeeper.

My latest ultra-realistic portrait art project is dedicated to my girlfriend. Over the course of two months, I did everything I could to recreate her facial features and make her look lifelike.
I tried out new methods and tested the limits of my own skin material "UltimateSkin". As always, everything was done 100% in Blender and without any external tools.

A friend had received a hand-painted card with a really cute penguin for his birthday. I liked this cute illustration so much that I wanted to recreate it in 3D with my own personal touch.
As I personally find photorealism in 3D the most exciting, it was a great project to further develop my illustrative skills.

So I created a realistic 3D model and placed her in front of a beautiful sunset. As if I had met her one evening at the ocean for a photo shoot.

Starting out as an anatomy exercise, this project has developed into one of my absolute favorites. I was able to finish the rough shapes quite quickly, but I just wanted more and more details – so I took my time and gave it all.
The model was finished, but getting the texture just right turned out to be a problem. That’s when I came across the workflow of texture painting and procedural textures, which would later lead to my material “UltimateSkin”.

In the subreddit r/blender, a user asked if someone could 3D model the drawing of his 6-year-old sister so that he could gift her a 3D print of her figure. I thought the story and the little dinosaur were really cute, so I took on the task.
In the end, the girl got her figure for her birthday :)

This project is inspired by the Netflix series "Lucifer" and its depiction of hell as a dark maze of hexagonal stone pillars. With a blurred view, it shows the broken door to a soul's prison cell while ash falls continuously.
The scene was created on the side, in just a few days; nevertheless, it is still one of my favorite works and my absolute "bestseller" on Unsplash.
